Our shower steamers are made with natural ingredients like baking soda, citric acid, menthol crystals and etc. They work great in a shower to open up your passages and help you breath better when you are congested.

We carefully source all of our ingredients and that's why we found the best fragrance oils to use. All of our Fragrance Oils are free of Phthalates, Parabens, SLS, and SLES.

SHIPPING:

Orders typically ship in 1-4 business days. HOWEVER, during the holidays  and other busy time, orders can take 1-3 weeks to ship because we are handling a high volume of orders. Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. If it happens and  your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop AND through PayPal if you choose to checkout with their services) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.

RETURNS:

 If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email at crouseoutfitters@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to make it right. If your order arrived damaged, you can get a store credit , but no refunds.
